Experienced IP Attorney, Scientist, and Musician

Karen King is the owner and founder of KBKING IP LAW.  She has more than 25 years of experience as a patent attorney in both private practice and as in-house counsel for multinational and US based pharmaceutical companies.  Ms King also worked as a scientist in molecular biology, in both academics and industry for over seven years.  Ms King is also a musician who has provided copyright advice to various artisans. 


Ms. King has experience in a number of different areas including:

  • freedom-to-operate, due diligence and patentability analysis and opinion
